TRANSPORT
We offer a complete transport service with our own vehicles or authorized partners.

We have a fleet of 3.5T and 7.2T trucks with which we carry out international transport along 4 main routes:

  • Cluj-Napoca, Romania – Hungary – Austria – Germany – Belgium – France

  • Cluj-Napoca, Romania – Hungary – Slovakia – Czech Republic – Germany – Belgium – France

  • Cluj-Napoca, Romania – Hungary – Slovenia – Italy – France

  • Cluj-Napoca, Romania – Hungary – Slovenia – Italy – Switzerland – France

Depending on the size and/or weight of your order and your delivery location, the available solutions will be specified and quoted on the product sheet.

Details:

  • The carrier will deliver to the front of your home or site but is not authorized to enter your property. Please ensure you have assistance if needed to receive your order.

  • In cases of inaccessibility (narrow streets, houses on the waterfront, low electrical cables, trees blocking access, etc.), additional access costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, the customer may collect the goods directly from the carrier to avoid these extra charges.

  • It is essential to unpack all goods before signing the delivery note in order to note any necessary reservations.

  • Before delivery, the carrier will contact you by e-mail or SMS to arrange the delivery date.

DELIVERY
Depending on the customer’s option, the ordered products will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer.

All information regarding the order value, delivery charges, as well as details on possible discounts and vouchers, is available on the quote.

The products will be delivered to the address provided by the Client during the order process. The Client agrees to be present to receive the order at the specified address.

The Client must verify the accuracy of the delivery information (street, house number, building number, floor, contact person, phone number) before validating the order. In case of incorrect delivery details, MBK-AL GROUP SRL (joinerybydesign.eu) cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the order.

At the courier’s request, the Client must provide proof of identity and the order number. If the Client is unable to receive the order, it will only be left with another person over 18 years old at the delivery address, provided the order number is communicated to the courier.

An order will not be delivered if the Client does not meet the above conditions.

The Client must ensure that they can receive the order placed on the website and facilitate the courier’s access to the specified location.

Delivery is considered completed by MBK-AL GROUP SRL (joinerybydesign.eu) at the moment the ordered products are handed over to the Client at the address selected during order validation.

In case of delays, MBK-AL GROUP SRL (joinerybydesign.eu) will inform the Client by phone and agree on a new delivery timeframe.

Delivery costs will be displayed both during the order process and after its completion.
