To benefit from VAT-free payment, you must provide a valid intra-community VAT number. The final price for you will then be without the 19% VAT.
Payment Terms
The price and payment method are specified for each order. The selling price of the products is the price in effect at the time the order is placed, expressed in euros (EUR) and includes VAT. MBK-AL GROUP SRL (joinerybydesign.eu) will not apply any additional commission or surcharge on orders. However, as transactions are international, and the payment processor and acquiring bank are located in another country, the buyer may incur currency conversion costs or international banking fees depending on the terms agreed between their issuing bank and the customer. For card payments, if the amounts charged or refunded differ from the price displayed at checkout, please contact your issuing bank for information regarding fees and currency conversion costs.
Upon the buyer’s request, MBK-AL GROUP SRL (joinerybydesign.eu) can issue and provide a fiscal invoice for the order, provided the customer supplies the required legal information. The physical invoice will be delivered to the buyer with the order.
The buyer has two payment options for online orders: online card payment and bank transfer. For online card payment (Visa Classic/Electron, MasterCard, Maestro), the customer is redirected to a secure payment page to complete the transaction. All cards issued by Romanian and foreign banks under Visa and MasterCard are accepted, provided the issuing bank has enabled online payment.
MBK-AL GROUP SRL (joinerybydesign.eu) does not request or store any customer card information. All card data is processed directly by the secure online payment provider. The approved card processor has the right to access any data/documents generated by issued orders, canceled orders, or valid/invalid contracts for transaction investigation purposes, if necessary.
For online payments, MBK-AL GROUP SRL (joinerybydesign.eu) is not responsible for any additional costs borne by the customer, including currency conversion fees charged by the issuing bank if the card’s currency differs from the one displayed. Responsibility for such fees lies solely with the customer.
Bank Transfer
Payment can also be made by bank transfer based on the pro forma invoice. Products will be delivered once the total amount of the invoice has been received in our account.
Please make the payment using our bank details, which will be provided in the order confirmation email sent after your order is validated.
