1. Product Warranty:

  • Spare parts – 6 months

  • Complete shutters and motorized axles – 2 years

  • Roller shutter mechanisms – 2 years

  • Somfy motors – 5 years

  • Somfy roller shutter automation – 3 years

  • BFT garage door automation – 2 years

  • Windows, doors, and sliding doors – 3 years

  • Glazing – 2 years

  • Hardware – 5 years

The warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective part.

Depending on the purchased product, MBK-AL GROUP SRL (joinerybydesign.eu) provides a warranty in accordance with the legal provisions regarding the sale of products and associated guarantees.

Upon receiving the goods, the customer is advised to ensure that the delivered products meet their qualitative and quantitative expectations.

By law, each customer can, in case of non-compliance, first request the repair of the product or ask for a replacement at no cost, except in cases where the measure is impossible or disproportionate.

Product replacement is possible subject to available stock.

If a customer has returned a product due to manufacturing defects and the seller does not have an appropriate replacement, the seller will refund the customer the value of the product.

Customers may return products purchased on the site under the following circumstances:

  • Packaging shows serious damage;

  • Products were delivered or invoiced incorrectly;

  • Products have manufacturing defects;

  • Products do not match the description provided at the time of order;

  • Products with quality defects.

MBK-AL GROUP SRL (joinerybydesign.eu) may refuse products returned by customers if the return falls under any of the following cases, without the customer being entitled to compensation:

  • Replacement of the purchased product with another product or type;

  • If the returned product is not in the same condition as it was delivered (for example, in its original packaging with all accessories, intact labels, and accompanying documents).

2. Hidden Defects:

If the delivered merchandise is defective, your warranty rights for hidden defects apply according to the following provisions:

  • For the delivery of all custom-made products, the warranty period is a maximum of 5 years. This warranty applies to both private customers and professionals.

  • The limitation period starts from the date of delivery of the goods to your home.

  • Beyond the provisions of the legal warranty, we assume no liability for delivered goods or our services.

  • Damages must be documented at the time of delivery on the delivery report.
